As 2018 comes to a close and Madison ends its celebration of 10 years in business, we are making some BIG, positive changes for 2019.

We would like to announce that we are adding to the Madison Family. Madison & Company Properties will be opening its 7th office in Evergreen, Colorado with none other than Tupper’s Team, the number-one ranked residential real estate team in Colorado’s foothills region for the past 20 years and, with more than $1 billion in sales transactions, is one of the top-producing real estate teams in the western U.S. We are excited to make ground in the foothills, especially with a team that exhibits our values to a T.

The Tupper’s Team Evergreen office will open on January 2, 2019 and we invite you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life in Denver to visit their quaint office at 1193 Bergen Pkwy Suite O/P, Evergreen, CO 80439. Tupper Briggs (Founder)

Tupper began his real estate career in 1973 and over the years has earned every accolade from the National Association of Realtors®, as well as state and local boards.

He has held leadership positions in the local board of Realtors®, has been a featured speaker at state and national seminars and is the only person to named “Realtor® of the Year” twice.

He handpicked the most experienced, professional group of local brokers for his team and they’ve ranked #1 in Colorado for the last 20 years.

 

 

Matt Bachus (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

I’m from the Midwest where a strong work ethic was important and, just like in Colorado, the people are down to earth and friendly. The scenery, weather and recreation are a whole lot better here though! Dedication to every detail is what you can expect from me. What I most enjoy about real estate is meeting and helping people- counseling and guiding those that I work with so the process is stress-free. I also believe everyone is a VIP- I’ll “roll out the red carpet” for each and every client whether they are buying or selling a multi-million dollar estate or their very first home. A positive attitude and the commitment to work until the job is done help me to have more fun and exceed the expectations of my clients. And while I’m always plugged into the latest technology, nothing beats a personal meeting and solid handshake.

 

Dana Bossert (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

Coming from a hard-working Midwestern family, I’ve grown up with a strong work ethic and strong family values. I work hard to earn the trust of my clients and get satisfaction out of day-to-day and face-to-face contact. Being a good listener is important so I can zero in on what clients are searching for. I’ve been told I’m easy-going and not pushy- and I’m proud of that; relocating can be a stressful time for a family and I want that transition to be smooth and fun. A positive attitude helps clients to stay focused on finding the perfect home.

 

Alice Carmody (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

After moving to Colorado in 1993 and working at a title company, I pursued a career in real estate. Since 1995, I have immersed myself in many aspects of real estate. I enjoy teaching as this keeps me informed on the latest legal changes. In addition, I am involved in our local and state professional standards programs. Through the years I have assisted clients and watched their goals come to fruition. I am attentive to my clients’ needs and maintain a high level of expertise. I enjoy spending time with my husband, two young boys, and dog “Guinness”, traveling and reading.

Carrie Hurich (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

I grew up in the foothills as part of a hard-working family, where I learned the value of a strong work ethic. I began selling homes specializing in short sales and saw that selling real estate is more than a transaction, it’s about a new chapter in people’s lives. I listen carefully to my clients’ needs and work diligently to guide them to a positive, successful outcome. I’m never too busy for a phone call or, better yet a cup of coffee, to catch up and find out how I can help.

Peg Schroeder (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

I grew up in Colorado skiing, hiking, running and being heavily involved with children in Jefferson County while my kids were in school. Every day is a great day and an opportunity to make a positive difference in home-buyers’ and home sellers’ lives. I have many friends who are past clients because I care deeply that they are happy beyond the purchase or sale of their home- my goal is to be a good listener and make the transaction a smooth part of the bigger picture: turning the page on a new chapter of their lives.

 

Jennifer Trinco (Co-Owner & Broker Associate)

I am a proud Colorado native, there is no place else I’d rather live! I started in real estate in 1989 as an escrow officer with a local title insurance company and then as Tupper’s Closing Coordinator, so I’ve seen it from the inside out. I saw the difference between mediocre service and sterling service and I ached to have direct contact with clients so I could provide the latter. I love helping nice people find the homes of their dreams and, in the process, making new friends and neighbors. Honored by the clients who come back and refer their friends to me, I know that I’m doing my job correctly if I make the transaction look easy and smooth. I have a background in customer service with a local title insurance company and Closing Coordinator for Tupper’s Team.
