Colin is one of our newest agents and will be joining us in our Wash Park office. Welcome, Colin! We’re so excited you are part of the Madison team.
What drew you to Madison & Company?
I’ve had a very diverse career history so I’ve see seen all kinds of corporate cultures. I was drawn to Madison because of a strong commitment to building a real sense of community among brokers to work together to service the needs of clients. The collaborative environment and opportunity to learn from experienced brokers paired with industry leading resources gives a new broker, like myself, the the tools to focus on building a successful business.
What are you most excited for about working at Madison & Company?
My passion for real estate and architecture stems from years of working in construction and property management so joining a great company like Madison and Company is a dream come true. Since deciding to join Madison I’ve really been impressed with the reputation the firm has in the Denver area. I’ve told colleagues, friends, and family of my new endeavor and all of them recognized the Madison brand as a leader in the Denver market, which has really added to the excitement of working here. Working in concert with brokers at the top of their field is thrilling and I’m proud to spread the news that I’ve joined an industry leader that demonstrates their ethics and integrity with every client and transaction.
What area of Denver Metro will you focus on?
Over the last few years I’ve lived in LoHi, West Wash Park, Platt Park, and finally found my home in Harvey Park. Through these experiences I’ve really come to appreciate the different atmosphere each area has to offer. I’ll be focusing on the Denver urban close neighborhoods on the city’s south and west sides. My background in managing properties across the metro area will be a great asset in assisting clients, regardless of where they choose to buy or sell.
What is a random, fun or little-known fact about yourself?
I may have grown up in Littleton but I actually consider Westcliff, CO my childhood home. My family has owned a cabin in Custer Country since I was in 2nd grade and I still manage to get down there 1-2 times a month. Its a wonderful escape from reality to get back to my little trout ponds, and other hidden gems in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. A long day of hiking and fishing in the mountains of Colorado with friends and family is really what living in this state is all about.
